How do I book?

The preferred method of booking is via email although we are happy to take bookings over the phone should you wish to speak to a member of our team.

How much notice is needed to make a booking?

We always recommend you book as early as possible but we can take bookings at short notice, however, Bookings with 48hrs notice or less will need to be made over the phone.

What days and times can we hire from you?

We are open 7 days a week and can deliver & collect on any day as dicussed with your Little Bears booker

How much are your Castles, Soft play, kids furniture etc..?

Prices vary, please see each individual item for hire price.

What do I get with my castle booking?

Price includes delivery by a fully uniformed member of staff (a delivery charge will apply) , Set up & inflation & then deflation and pack away at the end of the booking. Each castle is supplied with a Blower, Sand bags or Pegs (depending on surface) and safety mats which will set it all up ready for use.

What do I get with my soft play pod booking?

Price includes delivery by a fully uniformed member of staff (a delivery charge will apply) Set up & then pack away at the end of the booking. Each soft play pod is supplied with safety mats which will set it all up ready for use.

What do I get with my furniture rental booking?

Price includes delivery by a fully uniformed member of staff (a delivery charge will apply), Set up and collection at the end of the booking.

How long do I get the equipment for?

The equipment stays with you for the length of the party, in some cases we may drop it off extra early and collect extra late (if the venue allows) due to having to deliver and collect from other customers.

Can we have the equipment overnight?

We do not usually hire overnight but this can be arranged in certain circumstances.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a booking is not secured until a deposit of 50% is paid. (the deposit amount is 50% of the total booking cost) Deposits must be made within 5 days of receiving an email confirmation from us. The rest of the payment and bond can be made one week before the event.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, cash and cheque

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime, However, bookings can be amended ONLY up to three days prior to the event date. Cancellation more than one week ahead of the event date will be refunded in full. Any cancellation within one week of the event date is charged at 50% of the Booking value. Any cancellation within three days of the event date will be charged the full Booking value. The reason for the cancellation is irrelevant, this includes cancellation due to poor weather conditions.

What if the weather is really bad?

We reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (This applies to outdoor bookings only) If we have to cancel for this reason you will be offered a full refund or the hire can be moved to another date (subject to availability)

Can I have the equipment set up outside the venue on grass or in my garden?

Soft Play Pods, Kids Furniture and Bouncy castles may be set up on grass, The area should be free of dog fouling or any other debris which may damage or stain the equipment e.g garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc

Can I have the castle set up on concrete or Astroturf or other hard surfaces?

Castles may be set up on concrete or astroturf but this will need to be mentioned when booking and we will supply sandbags required to anchor down a bouncy castle on such surfaces

Can I have a castle set up on gravel?

No, unfortunately under no circumstances can we set any inflatable up on gravel.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

On average each castle can take anything from 10-30 mins to set up and then pack away. Times vary depending on each individual castle due to sizes so please allow the maximum amount of time at the beginning and end of each booking.

How much space is needed around the castle?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. If mains power is not available we need to be notified at time of booking as we will need to bring a generator (this will incur an additional charge)

Do you supply safety instructions/Guidelines?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions/guidelines with every hire.

Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes all our castles have individual age limits, see item description for info

Foil Balloons - Can I reuse my Foil Balloons?

It is possible to re-use most foil balloons but we cannot guarantee that it will work every time as they are fairly delicate but it is worth a try. Expel the air from your balloon by inserting a long straw quite a distance into the self sealing valve, the air will then start to come out and you can flatten and fold your balloon.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery starts from 100AED in the Dubai area and will increase depending on where your event is located. Additional charges apply on Late night pick ups, out of area deliveries and multi day rentals. If you would like us to take the time to style your event and provide advice, we will charge you a styling fee which starts from 400AED

Can I do pick up of my items?

If you are picking up or dropping off products for an event, these can be done during the set times below: Sunday - Thursday between 9am and 4pm. Friday and Saturday - Time to be discussed with Little Bear’s Team. Only on smaller items such as table props.
